I'm guilty of taking the opportunity to list off my daily tasks if someone asks how my day is going. My to-do list is already in my planner, Google calendar, mind and various post-it notes. There's no need to repeat it. Next time someone asks you how your day is going, tell them you're busy and love it. There are worse things than being busy.
