BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Manie is considered a Subject Matter Expert in Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition who embeds a diversity and inclusion mindset in business solutions. In addition to her work as an independent Consultant and Coach, she has excelled in a variety of Human Resources leadership roles, providing professional advice and support across several sectors including financial services, IT, professional services, not-for-profit, retail, government, insurance, health care, steel and mining, construction, and consumer packaged goods.
As a Change Management Lead, she orchestrated a major change initiative to restructure recruitment services for a global financial services organization. As a Business Consultant, Manie worked with a social services leadership team to clarify and articulate their mission/vision/values. On this foundation, she designed and developed a series of three leadership retreats to address key business issues.
