Basically, the cannabis policy should mirror a company’s policy on the use of Alcohol at a minimum,” said Alexander Lutchin, company President. “Some organizations may go further in demanding additional time between the use of cannabis and reporting for work. Both employers and employees need to use common sense and act responsibly,” he said.
