The Process
We typically start the process with a discovery meeting and then map out a plan that is relevant to the specific group and level.
We draw on various individual assessment tools to find the best one that provides insight to each individual of their strengths, opportunities and blind spots. Each person gets a one-on-one debrief by an accredited ICF coach.
The team training content is then developed and reviewed with company officials to ensure alignment with organizational goals, values and mission.
Training workshops are scheduled for best times and can be a mix of online and in person offering experiential learning and team building.
