Al Lutchin has been been responsible for high profile transformational corporate assignments that allows organizations to achieve greater sustainable success and growth. He is skilled at listening to client needs and asking thought provoking questions with compassion that allows for an open dialogue to drive innovative ideas that bring insight and forward thinking to the conversation. Through this collaboration process that builds relationships and engagement exciting new strategies are developed and a plan put in place to implement by those team members who take ownership. He is active in the community and sits on the Peel Chapter HRPA Board responsible for the PD portfolio for members. He also is actively involved with Rotary International and serves as Public Image chair for District 7090.
