BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Stéphane has 25+ years of experience in Finance and Human Resources, first with an international leader in packaged goods and progressing to a consultancy role with a global HR Talent Management firm. On the foundation of his humanist values and pragmatic approach, he has helped hundreds of business leaders and their teams in North America, Europe and Africa reach new heights of performance and growth.
A founding member of ICF Synergie – the first francophone coaching community in the world – he actively participated in its evolution and in the organization of the 2024 Francophone World Coaching Congress in France. In 2019, he founded the Francophone Forum for Research in Coaching to enhance the visibility of coaching. In this role, he produces podcasts aimed at popularizing scientific articles on coaching for practitioners.
